**Our guys are diligent about returning the calls, but please keep in mind that they are at home with other possible things going on. If you do not get an answer, please do leave a message and allow them to return your call when they can.
- We offer after-hours home removals for an additional $150.
- We also offer an after-hours meet up (at our building) for $100.
If you do not wish to use the after-hours care options, you can keep the pet in a cool, dry area for up to 36 hours, with no issues and bring the pet to us when we are open. Use whatever you are comfortable with for short term storage. It is not necessary to use ice or freezer during the first day or two after your pet passes.
