Luna, commonly referred to as Luna Beans, was born Feb. 6, 2013. She was the fuzziest, little bug-eyed kitten that ever existed. Quickly she discovered her favorite toys in the form of water bottle caps, strings, and most favorably, human hands. She had an affinity for water that did not stop at her water dish. She would stick her head directly into your glass without permission, lap up the drips from the shower faucet, and run to you like an Olympic medalist once a water bottle was opened.
Luna was always showing love in her own little ways.
Whether by licking and grooming you incessantly, rolling around and rubbing herself at your feet, or finding a comfy way to sleep on top of or beside you. With her playful spirit and infectious personality, Luna turned many a cat-hater into a cat-lover.
To say that she will be missed deeply is an extreme understatement. She will be missed by many of the people she has touched, but none more so than her mom. Through thick and thin, trials and tribulations, all the changes life has to offer, Luna was a constant.
If you are reading this, raise a glass, or preferably a water bottle, and cheers to Luna Bean, the greatest to ever do it. My fighter, my solitude, my best friend.
