Mija Rosita Richardson was adopted by her mommy Laura on March 31, 2009 at five years old. Mija was full of life and spunk and very much a sassy Chihuahua! She loved to go for walks and amused her momma to no end by “dancing” around her food before eating it. She loved to burrow under blankets and steal socks from mama to keep in her crate.
Mija loved the sun and sunbathed anytime she got the chance. She was a carnivore at heart with her favorite treats being taco meat and bacon! Mija had another person to love when mama met daddy and they married. Mija made the move from New Mexico to Texas and was well loved by not only mama, daddy, and her doggie sisters,
Mija was always the alpha of her doggie pack with the heart of a fierce dog about 200 pounds packed in her five pound little body! Her name means “my daughter” in Spanish. She died at age sixteen years December 3o, 2019 in Garland, TX.
Pepita, we love you so much. You give us joy, laughter, and love. Mama and Daddy and your sisters miss you. Run free at the bridge my beautiful little mamasita.
See you at the bridge sweet Mo Mo. You earned your wings my beloved Chihuahua. She is survived by Mama, Daddy, her doggie sisters, grandma and many other extended family and friends.
